How to Register a Domain with Horanos

You can register most domains directly in our shop – from .com, .net and .org to country domains such as .de or .nl. This guide shows the steps.

Step by Step

Open Store → Register a New Domain.
Enter the name you want and start the search. You will see whether the domain is available and what it costs, along with suggestions for other extensions.
Click Add to Cart next to the domain you want, then click Checkout.
On the Domains Configuration page, check the registration period and the nameservers (see below), then click Continue.
Log in or create a customer account, complete the order and pay the invoice.

Once your payment has been received, we register the domain. You will then find it in your client area under your domains.

Website with us: keep the preset nameservers ns1.horanos.com and ns2.horanos.com. If you order the domain together with a hosting plan, there is nothing to set.
Website with another provider: enter that provider's nameservers – see Buy a Domain and Keep Your Current Hosting.
